Today I want to talk about eyebrows. As you all know, eyebrows frame your face. There are many different types of eyebrows and arch. Some people are blessed with a full hair eyebrows, and some (like me) barely has hair on my eyebrows. My eyebrows hair are very thin so I have to draw my eyebrows to make it appear fuller. If you are like me, keep reading!
So since I have to fill in my eyebrows, I have to look for the right color to match my hair. I believe that you have to go 3 shades LIGHTER than your hair color. And you see, I'm one of those people who likes to change my hair color all the time! Does this sound like you too?! If so, this product might be just for you!
Introducing, Sonia Kashuk Arch Alert Brow Kit! (what a weird name...they should have called it eyebrow kit! LOL).

I got this kit from Target for $9.99. On the website, the kit looks a bit different but I believe it's the same palette. I guess they are updating the look of the kit? But what makes this kit so great is that it comes in 4 shades!

About this kit: It comes in 4 shades (light brown to darker brown, different shades of brown). The texture of this product is creamy. Does not come with any brush.
4 Shades:
1) The top left color is toward brownish red. I would recommend this shade for brown reddish hair.
2) The top right color is toward creamy light cappuccino brown. I would recommend this for blonde hair.
3) The bottom left color is the darkest brown. I would recommend this for dark brown hair.
4) The bottom right color is light brown. I would recommend this for light brown hair.
Pros:
-The product is already creamy so I don't have to put primer or wax on first. I can just use the product right away
-Comes in 4 shades. This is great for people who have hair color from blonde, reddish brown, to brown
-Small kit, it will fit into your makeup bag for sure
-The kit is easy to open, it's magnet. However it won't open by itself
-No animal testing
Cons:
-This product does not have a shade for people who have black hair
-Does not come with a brush
Overall, I'm really liking this product. I can't wait to use the other 2 colors on the top row when I change my hair color (again). Seriously, check this product out!
I hope this review was helpful! Any questions, leave it in c-box or comments!

Okay, I really don't like to say this but Dimitri has been such a bitch lately. I swear, he has attitude problem and always moody. The other day he was on the dining table (I need to get rid of this bad habit of his) while my family was eating. So I blew his face so that he'll be annoyed and will get off the table. Turns out, he attacked me! He scratched my arm. It would have been my face if I didn't block fast enough. I know I blew his face but seriously!

I think part of him being moody is because he hasn't been neutered. I have been told that if I'm going to keep Dimitri as a house cat, he needs to be neutered. At first I didn't like the idea b/c that just seem sad you know? But the other day he went and sat on my laptop. Then he made a pose like he was going to pee but instead, I saw something tiny and red. It was his wee-wee! And there was like a clear liquid coming out. I freaked out and grabbed a tissue and put it under his wee-wee b/c he was on my laptop! I swear at that moment I thought my laptop was a goner!
So I took him to the vet yesterday and they told me he was ready to be neutered. It will cost about $179.00! For those of you who have cats, is it THAT pricey?! And the vet told me she wants to keep Dimitri overnight (which is fine with me). So he is scheduled to be neutered this coming up Monday and I will have him back by Tuesday. I hope this procedure will go well. Do I have to do anything with him afterward? I hope he'll be okay. Honestly, I'm not comfortable with having a pet neutered but I think this is the best for all the problems that have been happening (like he's moody, leaking white liquid stuff, etc). I also heard it's good for cats' health too. Am I a bad person for doing this? I never ever had any of my dogs neutered or spayed before :(
And that's it for now. I have more reviews/haul coming up! Bare with me! I'm trying to catch up on homework. And I am also looking for a job for the holiday season! I hope some place will call me soon. So far I applied to Target and Pickup Stix. Gotta keep searching.

thanks for the review! so the product is actually creamy and not in powdered form? interesting, I'll have to go check it out!
awww sorry about dimitri and how he scratched you!!! what a brat! yea good thing he got neutered :p i think he was having his "teenager" rebellious behaviors! I trained my Mia to not jump onto dining table and counters too with SO many different ways, spray can, yelling, loud noise, tin foil, spikes, tapes. good thing was i trained her when she was really young so she learned pretty well, at least when i'm at home, hahaha. I think for spay/neutering services from the vet, if you search your local animal shelter, or sometimes they even announce it on craigslist, they have those special days where they give a huge discount to low income or STUDENTS like us, and you can get it done for really cheap, plus they'll give you all the required shots for free.
oh and also, don't feel bad, it's a good thing for dimitri to get neutered, otherwise he'll start plotting about running out of the house soon and you don't want that to happen! it's much more dangerous outside of the house on top of that! he'll be fine, it's a simple procedure for the boys :p
being neutered isn't a bad thing! My families dogs are all neutered and they seem pretty happy :D It's supposed to make them more calm too (which is a good thing because mister officer dog is SUPER hyper still even being neutered). I hope your arm heals though! :( That's why I don't really like cats.. BAD EXPERIENCES!
They should make a brow kit for "blondes, brunettes, redheads, and people with black hair" :)
Glad you saved your lap top! I'd be pissed too. and then he attacks you.
You were winning me over with the review, until you said that it doesn't have a good shade for black hair. :( I need to fix my highlights though. I've been to lazy. lol.
It's better if a domestic cat like D get neutered you're not being bad! Plus you don't want him to spray all over...
aww! he scratched? oh no.. :( That's scary.. that's one thing I'm scared of- getting scratched. ;[ Hope you'll be OK soon..
Awww, it's true though - it is actually much better for the cat's health to be neutered generally. Hope everything goes well and he goes back to being a sweetheart!
The Sonia Kashuk Arch Alert Brow Kit looks really interseting, I always hear good things about Sonia Kashuk...
That's so scary that urcat did that to u, I am always scared of animalscoz I got bitten before..I hope ur arm gets better soon^^
PLEASE do not stop him getting neutered. It will be better for his health and all the spraying/marking he does.
And it is good for the community because you never know how many times he might get a female cat pregnant. It is VITAL to have all pets neutered. There are already too many strays and animals at the spca who have no homes because there are simply too many out there.
It's so heart breaking to see ads for free kittens because owners of pets did not do their responsibility and have their pets neutered.
I have 3 dogs and they are cherished family members and all are neutered.
I hope your arms heals super quick!
My dog is not neutered but he is fine though - I think cats can be more moody than dogs so...
But sorry to hear those stories. When my dog was puppy he would chew on EVERYTHING! - even library books! man, I can still remember walking into my room and find those things torn to pieces!
girl, my lil pretty dog gets moddy too. i have a chihuahua and shes weird lol. but i still love her.
thanks for the review. I like how you were very detailed about it.
also, thanks for stopping by and commenting. I bet kim k got a free birthday party as well huh? lol
My dog at home had been spayed and I think it's good that you get Dimitri neutered. Don't worry too much, I know you'll think you're doing something really horrible to him, but in the end it will be for the best. I mean like seriously *YIKES* to your cut! O_O it looks like it really hurt :(
But about the price for getting him fixed, it does sound like it's pretty expensive. My aunt got her cats fixed and I dont' remember how much it was exactly, but I know it was not $179 for sure! But it may also be because Dimitri is a bit older than the cats were when my aunt took them in.
